WORK, BUY , CONSUME.
In our mind the punk-HC is not only music, is reflection and rebellion.
It's not possible to part the problems of our everyday life from the music we play or listen to. It's not possible to live two lives completely separated, otherwise we could fall in opportunism, singing something alternative, but homologated to a system that doesn't defend our rights. We assure you that it's really hard to work as a shift laborer, in a never ending operation schedule: waking up at 5 'o clock AM, and working on night, on holidays, get always less salaries : be joked by the boss. I don't say that on a basis of tales, but because they are things that I live on my skin. Also Lucky could talk about how it's frustrating to work as a porter for a few money a day for him, without time table and certainties while he has a very good diploma in his hands and a university career ended for money problems.
REASON IN REVOLT
1998: although the obstacles and familiar problems, Point Break still exists and the new work is available on music cassette. The title is "Reason in Revolt"; the aim of the lyrics is to try to explain the reason of a revolt that broke down the capitalist society and its crimes: while in Southern American the children have no dresses , garment factory closed in the US; in Uganda, where 1/8 people have got the Aids virus, a national balance imposed by the World Bank Sets uses the whole national income for the payment of debts contracted with the strangers lands (AKA shift imperialist: US, UK, Italy, Germany, France...) while less than one dollar per capital a year is appointed to the medical service; it's impossible to find money to build popular house but one trillion of dollars every year is invested in armaments; it's not possible to build new firms in profitable way , but millions of dollars are burnt in the stock exchange in absurd speculations that surely do not produce new jobs or improvements of life conditions. If we look at the evidence there is no doubt: progress and development in the world society have stopped, and present ruling class, the capitalist, has arrived to the last limits. We are not pessimist and we feel that there is a way out to this barbarous of the capitalism, a new society based on the democratic planification of the economy, where the workers decide what should be produced and how; it can concern his own firm, city or land, all based on the interest of everyone, not only of the class of privileged.
